Overview
This Privacy Policy sets out our privacy practices. Please read it carefully.
It explains how we handle the information we collect when you visit and use the Bubblin Superbooks website or any the other Bubblin (sub)domain(s), apps, products, services, applications, sourcecode and content.
When you use the Bubblin Superbook Service, you are effectively consenting to following provisions as set out in this Privacy Policy.
» Let’s first state what’s probably obvious:This is the Internet, there is no privacy. There are powerful bad actors out there, and effectively you (and us) have limited resources to protect our privacy. Until these matters of our society are resolved, avoid giving away personally identifiable information to anyone including on Bubblin and use strong passwords that you change regularly.
That said, we do not have control on what users may do on Bubblin do. Their behavior and practice is entirely up to them. If you share private information with other users, we cannot control what they’ll do with it. Therefore, engage with caution.

Third Party Services
When you create an account on Bubblin Superbooks, you authenticate yourself through an email or a Third Party service like Twitter, Linkedin or Facebook. If you use a Third Party service to sign up, you'll link up that Third Party account with your Bubblin account.
» This option has been turned off as on November, 27th 2018.Once such a link is established, the Third Party and their diaspora may collect and store personally identifying information about you besides the information that we (Bubblin Superbooks) might collect.
As specified earlier we have no control over how Third Parties will use or handle your data later.
-
How do we handle your privacy?
Minimum footprint.
We store only the email address that you provided to create your Bubblin Account. This might change in future when we start processing premium books that require credit card information between the buyer and a seller.
As a general practice, we strongly urge you to make careful judgments about any personal information you disclose to Internet services, including us and any Third Party services you link up to your account with us. Sign up with just an email address if that's okay with you.
-
Email Communications from Us
Occasionally, though rarely, we might need to email you. We might need to send you some administrative info, tell you something important about your account or changes to our services, or update you on new policies.
In really tough situations, like at times when they hack online services simply to make a point, we might just need to vent about how unfair life is. Except for that last scenario, which we aggresively try to prevent, these administrative communications are considered part of Bubblin Superbook Service and your Bubblin account, which you may not be able to opt-out from receiving.
Note that we will never email you to ask for your password or any other Account information; if you receive such an email, send it to us, so we can take action against the evildoer.

Public Content
Bubblin Superbooks is a public utility i.e. meant for hosting public, not private, content. By default, whatever you publish or distribute over the Bubblin Superbook Service, is public information, and can be viewed by anyone. Although we do provide editing tools and private folders, like for managing drafts, that let you write and edit content prior to publication, you should assume that any content you put inside Bubblin is mostly accessible publicly.
Content published and shared publicly is accessible to everyone, including search engines, and you forgo any privacy rights you might have regarding that content. In addition, information shared publicly may be copied and shared throughout the Internet using services that allow social sharing like tweets etc., including through features native to the Bubblin Superbook Service.
While you are free to remove published pieces of content from your account, or even delete it entirely, because of the nature of Internet sharing, and technological limitations inherent to Bubblin Superbook Service, copies of that content may exist elsewhere and be retained indefinitely, including in our systems. This freedom will stand withdrawn however at a point when your content goes premium and is held by other users (buyers) on Bubblin Superbooks.
